The Australian designer graduated from Sydney University in 1986, and at the young age of 23 he displayed his very first solo exhibition. His cosmopolitan attitude took him to Tokyo, Paris and London, where his Marc Newson Limited company is presently based. His works are exhibited in several prestigious museums all over the world such as the MoMA, and in addition to a great number of renowned awards, he was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire for services to design.
