La Cintura di Orione is a practical and capacious oval cocotte, designed by Richard Sapper for the Italian brand Alessi. The cocotte is the suitable vessel for long cooking times at controlled temperatures, such as braises and stews. Made of cast iron with a capacity of 6 litres. Perfect for home and contract use. Suitable as a gift idea for cooking enthusiasts.

The cookware series La Cintura di Orione, designed by Richard Sapper with the advice of renowned starred chefs, is dedicated to the public of "private gourmets": those enthusiasts of intelligent and creative cooking whose culinary passion often takes them to the edge of professional utensils. Following the indications of star chefs Raymond Thuilier and Jean André Charial, it is made of thick cast iron to guarantee heat stabilisation.

You can change your mind
