2019 armchair by Poltrona Frau

After one hundred years, the 1919 armchair was designed by Roberto Lazzeroni respecting the needs of the contemporary design. The designer has been able to reinterpret a Poltrona Frau icon while keeping its original spirit intact. Thus 2019 was born, the evolution of the historic capitonné leather model by Poltrona Frau. The 2019 armchair is the result of an important evaluation work carried out by Roberto Lazzeroni: the designer, with great respect for the “mother” armchair, realized that the proportions were no longer suitable for the current idea of comfort and, he adjusted with meticulousness the original dimensions for total comfort.

Archibald by Poltrona Frau

When talking about Poltrona Frau it is inevitable to think of one of his great top models, the Archibald seat, by Jean-Marie Massaud. Although it was created only ten years ago, the collection immediately won the hearts of design enthusiasts; to complete this prestigious line, Jean-Marie Massaud has created another masterpiece, the table chair, born from a careful study of proportions, weights, and volumes. New Archibald, keeping all the comfort of the collection, "moves" from the living area to fit perfectly into the dining room.

 Bolero Ravel Table

Roberto Lazzeroni designs the Bolero Ravel table with a slender and light line, although it uses important materials such as the marble top obtained from a single barrel-shaped slab, with tapered edges.

Turner bookshelves by Poltrona Frau

Gianfranco Frattini, a genius in the Italian design field, in 1963 signed the Turner revolving bookcase, inspired by the classic English libraries from the center of the room. The three-level load-bearing structure extends vertically, each floor is equipped with grooves that allow the addition or removal of dividing panels, 21 in total, seven for each level, thus creating different combinations.

Grant Pouf by Poltrona Frau

Among the innovations presented at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Poltrona Frau includes a pouf collection designed by Tristan Auer. The line is inspired by the bold and dandy style of Hollywood star Cary Grant, a masculine essence of sober elegance. There are several models in the series which blend perfectly with each other, despite the different shapes and materials with which they have been thinking. The common element is the particular De Luxe process: a weave that decorates the perimeter structure of the poufs when it is covered in Pelle Frau® leather.
