Is it possible to combine refinement and liveability, comfort and elegance? A complicated challenge because often what is beautiful is also delicate and made to be looked at rather than used. But  Giorgetti focuses on formal and substantial quality and achieves the goal of furnishing a home to be lived intensely but also to be enjoyed visually. The method has always been the same: select the materials with care, enhance them and insert them into an intelligent design from which prestigious and well thought out furnishings are born, with profound elegance. The 2020 collection therefore pursues the goal of giving a strong identity to the interiors, making them livable with particular attention to beauty.

The sleeping area between comfort and elegance

Miyabi by Giorgetti

Miyabi is the name of the new wardrobe module designed by the Giorgetti research center. The name, in Japanese, means "elegance, refinement" and is perfect for telling the new meaning that the company wants to give to the sleeping area, the private space of the house in which to rest and store your items and clothing with respect and order. The ash wood elements are modular for a walk-in closet customized according to the user's needs.

Adam by Giorgetti

We enter the heart of the sleeping area, in the space dedicated to rest, where we find the Adam bed designed for an elegant private home or an exclusive hotel. Large and generous, Adam combines comfort and aesthetic rigor with extremely accurate material details. In particular, the removable cover in fabric or leather that rests on and wraps the metal tubular elements finish the style and make it one of a kind. To complete the style of the room there is the Modular carpet in wool, linen and bamboo silk with a geometric design inspired by the Bauhaus and available in beautiful color variations. The Frame chest of drawers in maple wood and leather is a functional and decorative piece of furniture, with drawers of various sizes in elegant dove gray or slate gray.

The evolution of the study area

Slider by Giorgetti

The study corner, at home or in the office, becomes more sophisticated and welcoming. Giorgetti interprets it with two fundamental elements: lighting and storage. The new Slider suspension lamp consists of a tubular diffuser suspended by two wired leather straps and available in three color variants: powder, anthracite, taupe. Behind the desk, on the other hand, we see an element of the Domus system, a modular container unit, which combines wood, leather, metal and glass for a thick result that can be adapted to various rooms in the home and work spaces.

The living room is welcoming and sophisticated

On the right, the pair of Janet armchairs, characterized by the structure in metal and solid canaletto walnut and by the stitched seat on the inside of the backrest for greater decoration and comfort. At the bottom, the original Clop rocking chair, on the left the Summa column table, made up of different elements in different marbles and in different thicknesses. On the cover, the Scaleno square coffee table is a mix of solid ash, marble and leather: sculptural and functional. On the right, the Kiri sideboard: Kiri is the name of the wood of the precious Japanese furniture that was traditionally brought as a dowry. Designed by Setsu and Shinobu Ito, it is a refined bar cabinet characterized by vertical strips in canaletto walnut. The top is made of carved marble and the handles in cast bronze, finished and polished by hand.

The dining room is curated in every detail

The new Giorgetti table is called Ago (needle) and the reason lies in the shape of the legs in solid canaletto walnut, which is reminiscent of that of a sewing needle, with the characteristic eye. The top is available in multiple varieties of marble or in veneered plywood and edged in solid canaletto walnut. All around the comfortable Bicolette chairs, inspired by high fashion, with a quilted backrest. Next to the table, the Host bar trolley, a new and sophisticated interpretation of traditional furniture.
