Eero Aarnio Originals

Eero Aarnio is the Finnish designer and innovator responsible for some of the most recognisable and best loved pieces of furniture of the last century. His work takes inspiration from the family: even the chair that launched his career in 1966, the Ball Chair, was conceived because he wanted a seat which would fit the entire family. Eero is well known for the pioneering use of new materials such as plastic and fiberglass in order to create the unusual form items during the last sixty years.
