Fusing their individual creative skillsets, SkLO was founded by husband and wife team Karen Gilbert, a renounded craft artist and Paul Pavlak an practicing architect, together with Pavel Hanousek. At the core of the brand is a focus on the relationship between metal and glass and how the two materials interact. Together with technological innovation the studio seeks to create natural harmonious designs and ultimately beautifully illuminated glass elements.
