Mimmo Paladino
Mimmo Paladino is an Italian designer, painter and sculpturer born in 1948 in Paduli. He is best known as a primary exponent of the Transavantguard movement, and his work reflects the influence of a range of cultures and artistic techniques. He has exhibited both in Italy and internationally and has been responsible for several important installations and sculptures including the mosaic for the Municipality of Rome for the new Ara Pacis installation.
