2. I am unable to find a product on your site, who can I contact?

Our product catalogue is constantly being updated offering an ever expanding selection of furniture, lighting and design accessories. Mohd can supply any product produced by our partner brands , and if you are unable to find the item you are looking for on our website please contact us and we will be happy to speak to you in more detail about your specific request.

 

 

 

3. Are your products covered by a guarantee?

All products purchased on Mohd UK are coveredby a 24 months warranty against defects of compliance from the date of delivery. More information is available on the Warranty and Claims .

 

 

 

4. I need a consultancy to design a space, who can I contact?

 

Since 1968 we have been designing and furnishing exclusive spaces in collaboration with our team of interior designers and the best international design brands. From space planning to the choice of furniture, our expertise extends to all types of projects including walk-in wardrobes, kitchens, bathrooms and bespoke systems. 5. Can I request a personal quotation?

For all types of requirements from home or office designs to larger commercial projects such as hotels, should you wish to receive an ad hoc quotation you can request it here and one of our consultants will contact you to discuss your plans.

 

 

 

6. How do I place an order?

Be inspired by our product selections, explore the most exclusive brands and fall in love with the best international designers. When you decide to purchase online with Mohd the process couldn’t be simpler:

 

  • • Add items to your basket using the appropriate button and once you have completed your selection, go to the summary page from the View Basket button;
  • • Check that the items and quantities are correct, if you have a coupon or gift card, enter the code to apply the discount. Once this is completed, go to Shipping;
  • • On the Shipping page, enter your email address, shipping and billing information, select the shipping method amongst those available and go to Payment;
  • • On the Payment page, select the payment method you prefer among those listed.

 

Once you have completed the payment using your selected method you will reach the Thank You Page containing information about your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your order details to the address you provided and you can track the status of your order at any time from the MyOrder.

8. I am unable to find my country among those available for shipping, what should I do?

We deliver worldwide and carefully monitor the packaging and operational management process to ensure optimal delivery of your products. In order to select the shipping country please go to the Ship To section at the bottom of the page. We recommend that you select your shipping country before adding items to your cart. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

 

 

 

9. May I request delivery to a specific floor and assembly services?

Mohd offers an assembly service for special furniture such as kitchens, cabinets or any other products that require assembly. For some of these products the information on rates and conditions are shown directly on the product page and at the time of checkout. If the specific floor delivery and / or assembly services are not provided, you may still send a request for either of these services by contacting our Customer Service team who will provide a quotation based on the type of product and accessibility. In some geographical areas the service is not yet available.

 

 

 

10. If I have different sized products in my basket, can I request different delivery methods?

Products purchased in the same order are generally shipped together. However, depending on your needs, it is possible to arrange separate shipments. If you have ordered some items of various sizes, you can choose to ship the larger ones by sea cargo (recommended choice) and the smaller ones by air (faster choice). To do so, you can proceed with two different orders or contact our Customer Service .

 

 

 

11. What are the shipping timescales and costs in UK?

All information regarding rates and conditions are shown directly on the product sheet and at checkout. To calculate the delivery times of an item, it is necessary to add the estimated days for shipping by standard courier or specialized courier to the average availability time indicated in the product sheet.

 

Standard shipping takes place at street level. Shipping is carried out by express couriers such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX, in UK delivery takes 2-6 business days. Regarding standard delivery to all UK addresses, standard delivery is free for orders above £350. Please note that for bulky orders, standard delivery may not be free. The spending threshold to obtain free standard delivery on the product categories mentioned above may change according to the current exchange rate. Please enquire for more details.

 

Any additional fees will be disclosed during checkout.

 

In the case of large orders, in particular concerning fragile products, or if the delivery service to the floor and / or assembly is provided, the shipment is carried out by specialized couriers with variable times and costs related to the volume and exact destination of the goods. In UK it normally takes 10-15 working days from the order date, and it may take additional time (approximately 2 or 3 days) if the product is very fragile including marble tables, large mirrors or other items that require special care since Mohd will provide the most correct customized packaging.

 

Please note the floor delivery and assembly service may not be available in some geographical areas. If you wish to request this please contact our Customer Service team.

 

 

 

12. How much will the duties and taxes be for my International delivery?

Each country has its own percentage rate; this information can be found at your local customs office. You are solely responsible for paying these fees. Following Brexit UK customers are not charged additional fees associated with customs duties and VAT. Therefore, UK customers will only pay the price displayed at the end of the checkout process. Mohd will then settle the payment if any additional fees are due. In light of the revised rules regarding customs procedures and alignment between shipping partners in the UK, items may experience shipping delays.

13. How can I track the status of my order?

To track the status of your order go to MyOrder and enter your e-mail address and order number.

 

 

 

14. Do you offer white-glove service?

Yes, but only on request. Contact our Customer Service , our team will help you get the service you need.

 

 

 

15. May I cancel an order or return a product?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from the moment of confirmation. If you wish to return a product this can be done within 14 days of the order being received. In case of a return you may choose to receive a refund, to change the product or to receive a gift card that can be spent within a year in our online shop or in one of our showrooms. Please note, that made to measure, personalised or perishable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

 

 

 

16. If I receive a damaged or defective product what should I do?

Upon receipt of the order, if an item has been damaged, we advise you not to accept the damaged goods or alternatively to sign the delivery note with the text "damaged/broken product" briefly describing the damage found. Please immediately inform the carrier and our Customer Services department of the damage in writing within 5 days of receipt by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or alternatively by accessing the dedicated order area and reporting the claim. The product to be replaced must be carefully stored in its original packaging. More details are available on the Warranty and Claims page.
