Ph Septima Suspension Lamp

PH 5 Septima is a suspension lamp designed by Poul Herringsen for Louis Poulsen. Made in Clear Matt Glass and Brass.Seven shades of glass with an immense level of history behind it. The first time this icon was presented, was in 1928 at the Danish design Museum, where it was applaused and highly complimented, for its level of innovation at the time. This piece, recognized as one of the most historic pieces of Poul Herringsen has been revisited, based on the Septima 5, but now is much more durable and with a different take on materials.The various clear glasses are treated in a way to seem alternate between clear and frosted fields, creating an even more cozy atmoshpere with its downlight, always glare-free.To complete the masterpiece, a neat round glass is put on top to prevent dust to fall inside the lumes.
