A collaboration between EMU and Patricia Urquiola was born Re-Trouvé, a collection of metal furnishings that evoke a classic design, reinterpreted with great irony. Using advanced technology in metal processing EMU curls of iron rod, which once adorned arrichivano and chairs handmade, are now made through an industrial process that evaluates furniture characterized by complex patterns of lozenges repeated. The geometry of the design gives three-dimensionality to the pieces, whose curved forms outline furniture looking fresh and sensual, an elegance of another era.
