Poltrona Frau Byron Chaise Longue

Byron is a chaise longue by Jean-Marie Massaud for Poltrona Frau. Solid ash with an ebony stain supporting structure and armrests. Diamond padding constructed from steel and flexible moulded polyurethane foam. Sliding armrests, there are equipped with guides to enable to slide forwards and backwards to improve chair access. Adjustable feet and made from black plastic. Footrest in steel treated with an epoxy powder coating and wood finish (ebony), positioned to protect both sides of the frame. Removable and adjustable headrest to two different heights (between the first and second diamond or between the second and third). Manufactured with a multi-layered poplar panel padded with polyurethane foam and upholstered in Pelle Frau®. Features a visible polished aluminium pole between the diamonds. Upholstery in leather Frau®.

The structure accommodates the soft leather seat whose design is perfect for long periods of relaxation. The padding comprises a sequence of cushions stitched one by one using techniques reminiscent of the most elegant leather accessories. The colours and details communicate a sense of calm and relaxation. The ash wood has an ebony stain. The steel is brushed. The upholstery of the headrest cushion and seat is in Pelle Frau® leather. The Poltrona Frau logo is engraved on a brass plate with matt nickel finish.
