Elliptical Coffee Table

Elliptical is a table by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra from bases stable and robust with universal elegance ellipse.

It must be the inventiveness of Charles & Ray Eames, the brilliant couple in the 50s revolutionized American design. Surprisingly contemporary, this low coffee table with its elegant elliptical smooth and very reminiscent of a surfboard, and is therefore also called the Surfboard table. Characterized by very large, with its double chromed steel base table is linked to the formal research Eames. Back here in fact the theme of repeated several times of the bearing structure made of thin elements in the metal rod, crossed and assembled to form a support fixed and stable even if slight. The top is laminate, proposed in the classic colors of white and black.
