Cutipol pays particular attention to the style and design of its cutlery sets, selecting only the best raw materials for them. The Goa series has a modern, rounded style with a long, thin handle that is incredibly delicate to the eye. The blades of the knife are made of 420 steel to give them more cutting power and hardness, but this leads to a lower resistance to oxidation. Make sure they are washed immediately after use, preferably in lukewarm water and a mild detergent, and dried well before storing. Avoid using detergents with chlorine or anti-limescale agents. If washed in the dishwasher, make sure that at the end of the wash cycle they are completely dry, minimize the contact of the cutlery with the steam.
