Silence: From Maison&Objet Paris to our homes

The last winter edition of Maison & Objet Paris was focused on the theme of Silence. For the Observatory of one of the most important fairs focused on international design trends, this age of chaos and crisis makes it necessary for our homes be oasis of tranquility.

Elizabeth Leriche, curator of the scenography of the Inspirations space located inside of the Inspirations Forum, has no doubts: "The beauty strips off the superfluous and unnecessary frills, to focus on the research of essentiality. Lightweight materials, pure geometry, transparencies, ethereal designs, thread-like structures, black and white are at the heart of formal silence." In short, this is the secret recipe to turn our home into a place that will restore peace of mind and allow us to relax. The new products presented at the Paris-based salon follow this trend.
