Lapis is a rug by Isabella Sodi for Golran. It is part of the Shadows collection, which comprises a series of carpets in wool and bamboo silk and uses the diverse ancient knotting techniques of Eastern artisans.

Shadows collection consists of a variety of rugs that can lighten and darken in tone depending on the direction from which the carpet fibers are viewed. Thanks to the monochromatic pieces being enriched by the gleaming nuances of silk, these rugs can fit both the most classical and the most contemporary interiors. Their style of workmanship makes them more precious with the reflections and tones that animate their apparent simplicity, emphasizing the refined sophistication of each piece.
