The Peacock chair PP 550
The Peacock chair was designed in 1947 by designer Hans J. Wegner and reproduced by Mobler brand.
When Finn Juhl saw this chair for the first time, he immediately noticed its stylistic characteristics in the Peacock name, which gives its name to this wonderful chair. It has a modern and linear style and is not simply a matter of style or beauty, but an ingenious ergonomic design that recalls the animal forms. This seat is visually connected to the classic British style chair, the Windsor, but Wegner tries to go further and remake this as a modern complement of furniture. For the construction of envi piece, worked the great master craftsmen. Peacock is without any doubt one of the icon of modern chairs.
