The famous 1 Fauteuil dossier basculant armchair by Cassina with chromed metal structure, designed in 1928 and exhibited at the Salon d’Automne in Paris in 1929. Upholstery in leather or pony skin in two finishes, black or Normanno piebald.

Today the 1 Fauteuil dossier basculant is included in the design collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Apparently very simple, it is defined by a linear and essential structure, light in form, but very solid. It has an adjustable backrest that allows you to choose the most comfortable position. Today, for the 50th anniversary of the death of Le Corbusier, Cassina pays homage to him with the celebration of one of the most significant collections of modern design.
