The 2002/C002 sofa is a designer sofa by the prestigious Thonet brand and conceived by renowned designer Christian Werner. This sofa is not just a piece of furniture, but an opportunity to enhance the elegance and comfort of living rooms, lobbies or living rooms.

Exhibiting a fusion of traditional craftsmanship and modern simplicity, the 2002/C002 sofa highlights Christian Werner's distinctive ability to mix warmth and clarity. Its frame is available in three sophisticated ash finishes, these finishes emphasise the soft curves typical of curved woodwork, lending a light and inviting appearance to any room.

The sofa's upholstery is in Remix 3, a fabric renowned for its rich texture and subtle colour variations, giving it both a classic and contemporary feel.

The brand Thonet, known worldwide as the result of an almost bicentenary tradition, is one of the furniture’s historic producers in the design’s world. Founded in 1819 at Frankenberg, in Germany, in the ’30s reaches the peak of success: brilliant Bauhaus’ members including Marcel Breuer, Mart Stam and Mies van der Rohe start to work for Thonet producing historic design pieces. The use of the solid wood bending innovative technique introduced in 1859 and the use of tubular steel makes the famous Thonet chairs unique along with the tables, the desks and the other pieces of furniture.
