AAL 81 Soft is an armchair designed by Hee Welling for Hay. Available in two finishes for the base and a wide range of fabrics for the seat.

The AAL 81 Soft armchair is a clear example of the functional simplicity and contemporary aesthetics typical of Danish design, the result of a long period of collaboration between Hay and the designer Hee Welling. Using the same compact shell with shaped armrests, the Soft version also manages to communicate softness and warmth, thanks to the quilted seat, as well as achieving an even higher level of comfort. Soft shell in shaped polyurethane foam with armrest. Full padding with quilted front. Foam cut 25 mm and wadding 40 mm. Swivel base with 4 spokes in cast aluminum.
