Acqua is a suspended lamp designed by Luta Bettonica for Cini & Nils, made of aluminum.
Acqua bursts back on the scene with new finishes, including matt gold and silver with an anodised look. Acqua has won three international awards: the 2015 Miaw at the Muuuz International Awards in the Lighting category, a Special Mention at the 2016 Codega Award and the Best of Lighting Category at the 2016 Archiproducts Design Awards.

Designed by Luta Bettonica
The designer Luta Bettonica (Milan 1968) is president and art director of Cini&Nils. After her graduation in industrial design from the European Institute of Design in 1991, she has been working as a freelance designer. Franco Bettonica and Mario Melocchi have been her sapient mentors and design partners. In 1996, she opened the Studio Bettonica Leone in Milan with the architect Giancarlo Leone, dealing with design and architecture. She is specialized in the field of lighting design and her creations are modern and innovative, often preferring linear shapes and essential geometries.
