Boffi AH01 Outdoor Kitchen Designed by Andreucci & Hoisl

AH01 is an outdoor kitchen designed by Alessandro Andreucci & Christian Hoisl and produced by the brand Boffi. The structure is made of AISI 316 stainless steel and the counter tops of Iroko wood.

AH01 embodies the design duo's distinctive and innovative approach: essential shapes, fine materials and attention to detail. This kitchen was designed with a clear mission - to create a complete and harmonious space in which to prepare, cook and share memorable moments with family and friends.

The special feature of the AH01 lies in its cooking device: a professional-grade, easy-care griddle that allows you to cook food simply and quickly. It is a type of 'teppanyaki' griddle, made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, selected at the melting stage to obtain maximum performance in terms of hardness, compactness and thermal conductivity; these characteristics prevent grease molecules from penetrating the steel, thus altering the flavours of the food. In addition, the plate has an inclination towards the front that favours the drainage of liquids collected in a front tray that can be removed for cleaning at the end of the cooking cycle.

The Iroko wood top not only brings a touch of natural warmth, but also emphasises the attention to the combination of functionality and aesthetics.

The underplate burners are of a professional type and do not heat the plate directly but the area underneath, stabilising the temperature at 230°C. The underplate area is insulated with Aerogel, a highly insulating material used on NASA satellites, which guarantees adequate protection up to 400°C.
