Poetic, revolutionary and industrial, the AIM suspension lamp by Flos floats in space with unmistakable elegance. The two designers have reduced the pendant to the essence: a cable and an aluminum shade. An extremely innovative lamp, with an extraordinary graphic impact and an original silhouette that breaks the patterns of the classic ceiling-centered suspension lamp. Thanks to its long cables it can be positioned with extreme ease, and can be adjusted in inclination, height and orientation. The AIM lamp and the other models of the collection evoke nature through a dynamic weave of cables that recall plants and branches. A proof of Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec’s genius.

Formal perfection, clear lines and creative freedom - these is Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec's magic formula. Born respectively in 1971 and 1976, they both graduated in Art and founded their own studio at the end of the 90s. Unity makes strenght - their Cuisine Déstructurée caught Giulio Cappellini's eye, so they received the first industrial design commissions and went on to impose themselves on the international scene thanks to a collaboration with Vitra. Bouroullec brothers work for some of the most important international design brands, such as Ligne Roset, Flos, Magis and Mattiazzi and are able to join essential shapes with innovative materials and environmentally friendly manufacturing - this allowed them to win, among other prizes, the prestigious Wallpaper* Design Award 2016 in the category "Best Designers of the Year".
