Alanda 18 is the re-edition of a historic project, a tribute to the designer Paolo Piva for the B&B Italia brand.

A supporting geodetic structure is the basis of this interesting project, available in two dimensions. Composed of polished black steel rods and extra light or smoked glass top. Alanda is an iconic piece from the Eighties that recalls, due to its structure, a group of inverted pyramids. Absolute protagonist of your environment.

Designed by Paolo Piva

Designer and architect Paolo Piva wrote one of the most important chapters in the history of Italian contemporary design. He was born in Adria on the 13th March 1950 and studied architecture in Venice. Vienna and Venice represented two cornerstones for his artistic career and provided an important support for his professional development. He became full professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Vienna, combining his academic career with his commitment to the world of architecture and design.
