Anna G. Cavatappi - Arborea, designed by Alessandro Mendini in 1994 for Alessi, is enriched with new graphics created in collaboration with Fulvia Mendini, daughter of the famous designer. In this new version, Fulvia has created an enchanted fairy tale set in an oak forest, where the two iconic characters of the corkscrew dance in a perpetual game of desires and secrets. Inspired by this magical world, Fulvia conceived two new dresses for the corkscrews, decorated with fascinating patterns that evoke nature and its nuances. The designed motifs highlight the soft and playful silhouette of the Anna G corkscrew, making it not only a functional object, but also an artistic piece that adds a touch of fantasy to any environment. The new graphics bring freshness to an already popular design, celebrating Alessandro Mendini's legacy through a dialogue between past and present. Created in chrome-plated zamak and Alkipaper, an innovative and environmentally friendly biocomposite material, the Anna G. corkscrew demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainability.
