Serge Mouille (1922-1988) was one of the world's most renowned designers for his projects and lighting fixtures. Graduated in decorative arts, he practices in the study of G. La Croix and, after graduating, he opens his studio. The search for a kinetic and sculptural aesthetic leads him to create luminous sculptures that seem to move in space. These include the whole series of lamps that reflect the morphology of a spider through elegant and surprising shapes.

Serge Mouille developed an extraordinary artistic talent that allowed him to attend the Applied Arts School in Paris, when he was just thirteen. After many years of study passed watching and reproducing natural elements, he became a master in the art of metal and silver processing. Then, in 1945, opened its first laboratory.
