The company was founded in 2005 by chance, when the founder and creative director Christian Benini, originally an advertising photographer, reproducing an image to be used as a backdrop for a photographic set, immediately perceived its high decorative value and possible variations in the world of 'furniture. From that moment Wall&decò was born, which through its collections of design wallpapers differs in its originality: no more repetitions of the same pattern typical of traditional wallpaper, but enlargements and macro-images with a strong material effect.
