Brokis Awa PC 1130 Suspension Lamp

Awa is a collection of lamps designed by the designer Fumie Shibata and produced by the brand Brokis.

The Awa collection is designed by the designer Fumie Shinbata for the famous brand Brokis. A ball made from air wrapped in liquid is called “Awa” in Japanese.This design sprung from the idea of creating lighting that looks like soft glass which has retained its shape after being inflated. Another characteristic of this design is that its wood and metal parts insert in the ball glass, as if they were stoppers (corks) for the air.
