Poltrona Frau Blisscape Sofa Designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba

Blisscape was born from the idea of suspended comfort, an ideal place to relax. The name, a fusion of bliss and escape, evokes the experience of well-being that this seating system intends to offer. Designed by Ludovica Serafini + Roberto Palomba for Poltrona Frau, it combines essential shapes and fine materials in a modular composition capable of adapting to different needs and spaces. The leather structure, sculpted and minimal, accommodates a soft and generous cushioning, creating a visual contrast between solidity and lightness. Lifted from the floor, the sofa seems to float in space, maintaining a refined and discreet presence.

The metal frame supports a base in solid beech and poplar with birch plywood, lightly padded and upholstered in Pelle Frau® leather. The seat, back and armrest cushions, with removable covers and available in leather or fabric, rest on this platform creating a balance between structure and softness.

The back cushions, which can be adjusted by means of a bayonet mechanism, are padded with differentiated zones, designed with mattress-inspired technology to guarantee breathability, comfort and stability over time. Blisscape is a modular and sectional system that allows numerous configurations to elegantly adapt to any environment.
