In a digital age like today, when you can buy anything with a simple click and read with a swipe of a finger, sometimes we are missing something as human as a touch and all that that entails. The new Bolita lamp invites you to touch it to adjust its light. Its structure is as simple as it is magical: a rounded surface that houses an LED located on a central axis and a superimposed glass sphere that creates an eclipse effect when moved. Move the Bolita lamp to darken or increase the light, an interaction that fascinates with its beautiful visual effect. Bolita seeks user interaction. Florian and Sebastian's idea in Kaschkasch 's studio was to design a lamp in which the dimming process was mechanical and not electronic. A technologically innovative design that brings back the sense of touch.
