Italesse Bolle Cake Stand/Cake Dome Designed by Luca Trazzi

The Bolle Alzatina con Cupola Italesse, designed by Luca Trazzi, is an accessory dedicated to design mise en place and the scenic presentation of desserts and gourmet preparations. The splashback is made of handcrafted glass, while the protective dome is made of transparent SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile), a rigid, lightweight and impact-resistant thermoplastic material appreciated for its high transparency and brilliance, similar to glass but more manageable.

The bottom surface of the riser features a bubble texture that refracts light and generates a refined luminous effect, transforming theglass cake riser into the focal point of the table. This optical play enhances cakes, tarts, small pastries and cheese selections, contributing to a presentation with attention to every detail.

Designed for bars, catering services and home use, the Bolle Riser with Bell allows you to protect and preserve the freshness of food while keeping the aesthetics of the setting intact. Part of Italesse's Bolle collection, it stands out for its balance between formal research and functionality, offering a versatile solution for serving desserts, appetizers and cheeses with stylistic consistency and strong visual impact.
