Design, quality and an eye for detail: these are the watchwords of the Original BTC brand, started by Peter Bowles in 1990 and specialized in the design and manufacture of lighting systems. With a style inspired by industrial design and the British design of the 40’s, the brand's lights are hand assembled in the Oxfordshire factories. Fitting any environment, whether classic or contemporary, the most famous design pieces include the Hector collection and the Spun and Cranton pendant lights.
The hub of Original BTC are the assembly factories in Oxfordshire, the headquarters of the brand, together with six production plants dedicated to the processing of different materials including ceramics, glass and metal. From local craftsmanship to the search for innovative production techniques and an active international business in over 85 countries: Original BTC is a famous brand in the United Kingdom and abroad, known as the emblem of British tradition and contemporary style.
