Founded in 1987 by Ritva Puotila and her son Mikko Puotila, Woodnotes was born from the idea of enhancing the unique qualities of paper yarn: strength, purity, hygiene, and sustainability. From its very first rug, the collection has grown to include furniture and accessories now distributed in more than 40 countries.
