The Carousel 1219 sofa is part of the collection designed by Sebastian Herkner for Emu. Refined outdoor sofa with painted aluminum structure and backrest covered in synthetic braided rope.

Carousel is made with a tripod in painted aluminum tubular, the seat instead consists of an aluminum alloy sheet that is drawn to give a clean shape, is then fixed to the aluminum structure through a structural welding, performed with TIG technology that gives particular strength as well as a better standard at an aesthetic level. The backrest structure is made of steel and is the support on which the characteristic decorative interlacing are made. All the selected materials guarantee a resistance and a color stability. These materials are water-repellent, which is why the product is particularly suitable for all uses in marine environments and in extreme climatic conditions. Practical and solid is made even more comfortable thanks to the seat cushion made of water-repellent fabric, the decorative cushions are optional.
