MORPHO Cena Table Designed by Great Library Design Studio

The Morpho collection originates from the union of Tomorrowland's scenic imagination and Ethnicraft's craftsmanship, under the creative direction of Great Library Design Studio led by Dieter Vander Velpen. Presented at the 2025 Salone del Mobile, it draws inspiration from biomorphism, translating dragonfly wings and natural branching forms into furniture with fluid, harmonious lines.

Chairs, tables, and accessories stand out for their balanced combination of materials: solid wood with prominent grain, stone engraved with patterns inspired by Voronoi geometry, hand-sculpted metal details, and carefully selected leathers and fabrics with rich tactile textures. Each piece is crafted using traditional techniques that emphasize manual work and the careful choice of raw materials.

Designed for both residential and contract spaces such as boutique hotels or lounges, the collection offers furniture that goes beyond practical use, inviting an immersive experience of the environment. Morpho treats furniture as a visual and sensory language, combining nature, architecture, and storytelling in a cohesive whole where each element interacts with the space and its occupants.

The Cena table celebrates the organic beauty of nature, turning every gathering into a moment of connection. Its sinuous base evokes the curves of roots and branches, while the top, inspired by Voronoi patterns found in honeycombs and giraffe skins, balances structure with spontaneity. The Cena table is available with a green marble, beige quartzite, or dark brown teak top, each offered in two finishes: smooth for a uniform surface, or engraved for a three-dimensional, tactile effect. This dual finish preserves the sculptural essence of the table, part of Ethnicraft’s Morpho collection.
