Cervantes is a family lamps that includes suspension and wall lamps. Cervantes has a design that is characterized by features strips of wood veneer spreading out in all directions, and available in a multitude of colors, creating a surprising effect.

Burkhard Dämmer has studied Industrial Design at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, in Germany, and at the University of San Jose in California. Since 2023 he has been working for important brands in Europe and Asia, specialising in different sectors like lighting design. At any stage of the creative process, Dämmer has adopted an innovative approach and tried to offer new solutions for the extension of product life and use. Among his creations are the Cervantes and Dandelion lamps for the LZF Lamps brand.

LZF Lamps is a Spanish brand that designs and produces hand-made interior lamps in wood-veneer. Founded in 1994, in a small studio in Valencia’s historic centre, the company has grown quickly and established itself as a reference point worldwide. LZF lamps are precious objects with a great artistic value. The spectacular union between light and a noble material like wood gives life to intimate and cosy atmospheres. The brand collaborates with famous international designers such as Cuatro Cuatros, Isidro Ferrer, Ray Power e Miguel Herranz, and has received two Good Design awards, two Plus Design prizes and one Red Dot.
