Cono is a broad collection of lamps created by the Danish designer Benny Frandsen, produced by the elegant Woud brand. Lamps made of black painted metal. All the lampshades are refinished in light grey paint inside.
With the Cono series, the Woud Brand pays homage to a great designer and lighting producer, Benny Frandsen. Cono is characterised by classic geometric shapes combined with a minimalist and soft visual expression. An aesthetic further enhanced by the matt and silky surface. The adjustable lampshade provides a functional light, making a clear reference to the spotlights of a stage. These geometric shapes are recalled by the name of the series, Cono, inspired by the shape of a cone.

Benny Frandsen, Danish lighting designer and manufacturer, is renowned for a functional, enduring approach to design. Trained in engineering, he began crafting lamps in his basement in 1968, laying the foundation for what would become Frandsen. His celebrated Ball lamp soon emerged as a Scandinavian design icon, defined by its clear graphic form and purposeful functionality. Throughout his career, Frandsen has received multiple awards, while remaining true to a vision shaped by essential elegance and light for everyday living.
