Coordinates is a collection of lamps designed by the famous designer Michael Anastassiades and produced by the prestigious brand Flos. This collection is available in different models.

Coordinates’ is a lighting system consisting of horizontal and vertical strip lights that form illuminated grid-like structures of various complexities. The system can be easily adapted for different environments of varying scale. In addition to the customized solutions, there are a collection of standard chandeliers of pared-down configurations that can be used in any setting. This design evolved from a commission for the feature lighting of the main dining area of the historic Four Seasons restaurant in New York City. The restaurant relocated and opened in 2018 with the interiors designed by São Paolo-based architect Isay Weinfeld.

Michael Anastassiades is a Cypriot designer who founded his studio in 1994 in London to explore the contemporary notions of culture and aesthetics through a combination of products, furniture and environmental design. His creations are at the crossroad between industrial design and decorative art and are meant to provoke dialogue, participation and interaction with those who come in close contact whith them. Especially well known for his lighting production, Anastassiades combines simple geometric shapes such as tubes, oblongs and spheres with shiny surfaces and reflective materials, such as mirrored glass and polished bronze. His lights decorate hotels, restaurants and stores worldwide.
