Emu Coupole Barstool Designed by EMU Research Centre

Coupole is a collection of seats composed of a chair and a barstool, designed and manufactured by Emu. Frame entirely made of painted steel, seat and backrest in painted hot pre-galvanised sheet metal. Available in twenty finishes.

The inspiration comes from the evocative shapes of the Brunelleschi Dome, visited and admired by thousands of tourists every year. The design of the chair and barstool is characterised by sinuous and soft curves, giving them an elegant and contemporary appearance. One of the assets of these items is their robustness: the steel frame and the seat in perforated metal make them resistant to adverse weather and durable over time.
