Designed in the mid-1950s, D.552.2 was part of a collection initially destined to the American market only and produced by the New York-based company M. Singer&Sons. Thanks to its essential and refined beauty, the small table became a real success and still proves to be a contemporary design item.

Designer, architect and essayist, Gio Ponti is remembered as one of the most influential dreamer of XX° century.
