Adriano Rachele
Adriano Rachele is an Italian designer, famous for his important collaboration with Slamp. Going against the idea of product massification, he manages to give every creation a unique and original manufacture, despite the mass production. Soft and sinuous shapes give rise to spectacular luminous sculptures such as the Cactus, Veli and Clizia lamps, which emphasize his style and the authenticity of the brand he works for.
Adriano Rachele was born in 1984. After graduating in Industrial Design in 2007, he began his professional career in SLAMP’s Research & Development Department, that moment marked the beginning of a long and fruitful collaboration. His projects represent technology, functionality and innovation, and create the perfect mix between tradition and suggestion, maintaining an ironical and accessible attitude. With the creation of the Veli lamp, the designer was listed among the young talents in Italian design, winning the Red Dot Design Award in 2012.
