Antonio Citterio was born in Meda in 1950. He graduated in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 1975 and began his illustrious career like architect and designer, founded a group practice with Terry Dwan and in 1999 with Patricia Viel. Esteemed professor at the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio, operates internationally with large and important projects. Collaborate with projects from simple elegance with companies such as B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hermès, Iittala, Kartell, Maxalto, Boffi and Vitra. Citterio wins two awards Compasso d'Oro: in 1987 thanks to the seating system Sity of B&B, along with Oliver Low in 1994 with the system drawer Mobil by Kartell. Citterio is one of the most respected Italian designers in the world.
