Busetti Garuti Redaelli

"Being eclectic, being pragmatic. Research and sensitivity to define new interpretations." This is the ethos behind Busetti Garuti Redaelli, the Italian design trio that translates the evolution of everyday needs into objects that are simple, intelligible, and inherently functional. Rooted in Italian design culture and driven by emerging ways of living, their work moves fluidly across different fields — from furniture to tableware, faucets to ceramics — revisiting traditional and innovative materials with measured elegance.

Manuela Busetti and Andrea Garuti first met at the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan, where their collaboration began. In 2004, their Double project — an ergonomic neoprene cooler bag that explored form, functionality, and material experimentation — was selected for “Progetto Giovane” at the Compasso d’Oro ADI. After gaining experience in Product and Advanced Design studios, they joined forces with Matteo Redaelli in 2008, founding the Busetti Garuti Redaelli studio. Together, they now collaborate with leading Italian and international brands.
