Claesson Koivisto Rune is a multidisciplinary design studio, founded in 1995 in Stockholm by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune. The studio was firstly created to be oriented towards the field of architecture, but it soon entered the world of design. From the production of furniture, to lamps and home and kitchen accessories, Claesson Koivisto Rune concretizes its style in wonderful, modern and minimalist creations.
The Swedish partnership raised from the will of the three designers to combine their passion for contemporary art. Claesson Koivisto Rune was the first Swedish studio to exhibit its creations at the international section of the Biennale of Architecture in Venice (2004), and many designs are currently part of the permanent collection of the National Swedish Museum. The studio collaborates with some of the best international brands, signing many lighting and furniture projects.
