Davide Groppi Designer

Designer Davide Groppi was born in Piacenza on a summer day in 1963. His creative and brilliant flair began to emerge in a small workshop in the center of his hometown, eventually leading to the creation of his eponymous lighting brand. Davide Groppi's lamps are inspired by the desire to give form to a need or a meaning. Thus, he fills his catalog with innovative creations, from the stunning TeTaTeT table lamp to the spectacular Mira and Foil wall lamps, up to the essential Masai floor lamp.

Davide Groppi's career has been marked several times by important awards. Suffice it to think of the Edida Award for the Sampei lamp in 2011 and the Design Plus Award for the Neuro lamp a few years later. Every design conceived by the famous artist is imbued with a simple and luminous charm, such as the elegant Linet wall lamp and the Ohm lighting system. A multitude of projects that manage to move and lit up spaces with elegance and sensitivity.
