Josef Frank's work had an enormous impact on the history of Swedish design. A renowned architect and designer, he was considered one of the most important artists of all time. He was known for his eclectic range of textiles, pewter items and furniture. His creations featured warm woods and sinuous curves combined with biomorphic shapes, while his bold and exuberant textile designs distinguished him from the other contemporary figures.
