Wegner belongs to the Organic Functionality’s proponents, a modernist current that has characterized the production of many Scandinavian designers and is considered one of the most creative and productive Danish designers of all time. During his job, Wegner produced more than 500 chairs mixing a timeless style that joins elegance, organic shapes, and functionality. An enormous success production that inspired the designer to work till the 80th birthday. Among his best selling pieces the CH24 WISHBONE CHAIR, which shows unique features and polished materials coming from Danish forests.
