Marco Zanini

Born in Trent in 1954, Marco Zanini is an Italian designer and architect. After his graduation in architecture from the University of Florence, he met Ettore Sottsass, and he became one of the founders of the Memphis Group and of Sottsass Associati, where he worked as a Design Manager. His pieces include furniture, glass objects, jewels and ceramics defined by a vibrant, colourful and precious design. Zanini implements projects at international level and often lectures on industrial design.
