Philippe Malouin
Talented British-Canadian artist, Philippe Malouin graduated in Design from Design Academy Eindhoven. He studied in Paris at the École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle and attended Montreal University. He worked for the renowned designer Tom Dixon and established his design studio in 2008.
His broad and original range of creations includes furniture and lighting products. The artist combines exceptional artisanal mastery and innovative, rigorous industrial processes, giving rise to refined design creations such as the coveted Gridlock Chandelier. Malouin’s style stands out for the simplicity of geometrical shapes and the use of natural materials, a combination that produces surprising and long-lasting outcomes.
