Stephen Tierney
Stephen Tierney is an Irish artist and architect known for specialising in dining design. After his studies in Art History, Tierney worked for important firms such as McCullough Mulvin Architects, Ian Ritchie Architects and James Gorst Architects. He currently teaches architecture at the UCD in Dublin whilst continuing to pursue his art. Among his best-known creations is the Savana chair by Henge, a modern design of great charm, versatility and resistance.
