"I feel free to design what I want, to experiment with the different design phases in an autonomous and artisanal way."
Victoria Wilmotte worked for her first solo exhibition in 2009 at the Pierre Bergé & Associés Gallery in Brussels. The artist's design process can be compared to that of a sculptor: weighing volumes and empty spaces, she removes material until she finds a perfect angle or an ideal curve. A careful process of research and experimentation characterizes each of her creations.
